Our journey began when Susie herself, at the tender age of ten, started baking treats for friends from her own kitchen.
The demand for her delicious creations quickly grew, prompting the need for expansion. Thus, Susie's Bakery and Coffee Bar was born.
Initially known for our delectable pastries and aromatic brews, we evolved with the changing tastes of our loyal patrons. As our menu expanded, so did our reputation. Renowned as "Susie's," our establishment became a beloved fixture in the community.
Today, Susie's delights diners with a diverse array of both local favourites and international cuisine. With each dish crafted with care, we continue to spread joy and put smiles on the faces of our valued customers, just as we have been doing since 1995.
